Stroller Moms

Get back in shape spending quality time with your baby! A unique workout program involving your baby and your baby’s stroller. Stroller Mom’s combines bonding with your baby, socializing and exercise into a fun filled hour using curbs, steps, trees, and walls, and the fresh outdoor air. Your baby will love it!

Mom & Baby Yoga

This class provides an opportunity to regain core strength and tone the pelvic floor, all while playfully bonding with your new baby. Babies and moms participate in stimulating exercises that help build infant awareness. Strengthen and tone up your post pregnancy body. Meet other moms and babies. This class ends with infant massage.
